Shad Khan is not inept. He has done great things for the Jaguars and the stadium that the city owns. Next year we start our long run of playoff appearances led by our young core of Bortles, The Allen brothers, Linder, Cann, Telvin, Jack and Jalen Ramsey. That is a really solid young core and I didn't even add Fowler or Yannick in that list.
