I read on reddit (there was a link, I'll dig it up) that he has concussion problems dating back to college. Apparently last year he had one so bad he had to sit in a dark room for a week because of the pain and vomiting caused by any light, even just a television being on. Hes a super talented guy and would be great insurance to Ivory's style of play, but I think there's too much risk for his health if that stuff is true.

There are just too many red flags here. What concerns me to most is his being in the drug and alcohol program. Like Colvin, he's suspended for the first four games this year. While that's troubling in itself, this also means that one more infraction and he'd be suspended for the year. Colvin is an exceptionally talented corner as a former mid-round draft pick, but we don't need to bring in marginal players already facing suspensions.

Its the perfect low risk high reward signing. If he gets suspended again he gets cut with no investment on our side. If he gets fit and stays out of trouble we have a great young RB ready to run with Yeldon when Ivory gets too old.
