I can't believe that this exists. I stumbled across this when I accidentally clicked on a ad on yahoo.com. You must watch the video (that includes sophisticated people drinking wine and spinning their high quality tops) and then read the FAQs which includes such gems as:

I've had 3 different replies typed out. Most weren't deemed high wuality enough by me and a couple I thought went against CoC.
I don't even know what to say. Ok, they spin and one was a spinner joke. I'll say that much.
