I was discussing fsu, since we are in an fsu thread. That's how it's supposed to work.


If you'd like my opinion on the gators, they played inexcusably bad on defense in the second half. That needs to be addressed immediately. Appleby actually played well in del rio's absence. The offense did what it needed to do for a win, the defense didn't.


It was a bad loss but nothing like fsu getting shredded for 4 quarters.

See I think you feel better now that you've gotten that off your chest. I'm glad we had this talk....let's do it again when you lose to us in Tallahassee.

My fear is that Louisville is the best team out there- seriously. Maybe other than Michigan? I am certainly not sold on Bama this year.

Do the FSU fans on here have concerns about losing to UNC? I think the Heels are a pretty decent squad - enough talent to hang with the Noles on both sides. My prediction is a very close game Saturday. FSU's defense and running game is pretty dominant, so those two factors will probably ultimately be the difference. Be prepared for a close one tho.

If FSU has the offense clicking like last weekend and finally defense actually shows signs of life I don't think it will be close. This is however Charles Kelley we are talking about so it's more than likely the defense will continue to suck.
