The rule was he did it in front of other players, and technically he did, although you could tell that intimidation was not his intent.

You know you can root for your team to won and be happy when they score whilst also hating the coach and wanting him gone, guys. You don't have to not want them to score

I feel like with Blake punting the ball and Robinson with the penalty for the taunt, the offense is letting go of some frustration.  I think now that they've been able to put a couple of scoring drives together you will see them relax and start playing like they were last year.
