HOPE MILLS, NC -- Craig Williams was worried this past weekend about his brother Chris when Hurricane Matthew dumped a deluge of rain on North Carolina and flooded Chris’ hometown of Hope Mills. Craig, however, was in Texas, and wasn’t sure what to do. CBS Greensboro affiliate WFMY reports that as Craig scrolled through Twitter, looking at the hashtag #HopeMills, he unknowingly stumbled across a photo of Chris’ neighborhood.
