Bugs.  So many great ones, but he wins.

 

 

Other great WB characters such as Marvin, the Tasmanian devil, Yosemite Sam, Daffy, and the polite Chipmunks.

 

From our current century, I'm a fan of Dr. Rockso, Archer, Puss-n-boots.
