No it's not. We did not finish rebuilding until this year. I have said it many times over the last four years: Don't call coaches bad solely based on their record when talent is lacking. Now is the time when we can start judging Gus Bradley with a lot of smart, talented players who can be great with the right coaching staff.

I call him bad based on my observations of his approach to leadership.  His record has simply come to reflect what I saw in him at the end of his first season.

Low Standards + No Accountability = 14-40...the fastest coach to 40 losses in the history of the NFL and #170/171 NFL head coaches all-time.

It was a mistake by Khan/Caldwell to give him this year.  A new HC could have either had this team in the playoffs this year OR at least instilled their system and culture for next year (the argument to keep Bradley after least season for "continuity" has fallen on its face).

I am certain that we will be in the playoffs with the right coaches next year (and I think that's even considering BB may be a bust).  This team is just too talented.

So Khan calls up Dave and Gus and invites them to a cruise on his Yacht tomorrow. Gus-Gus better call in sick. I have a feeling he sleeps with the fishes by evening .Khan is ruthless, don't let the stache fool you, Stalin had the same one. He will tell the coast guard Gus was guzzling red bulls, he smiled, yelled something about talking with the beautiful dolphins and jumped, last they saw of the guy. Out of the contract, everybody wins!

Perectly said.

Top candidates will most likely be Haley, McDaniels, Schwartz.... I would honestly take any of those guys. Schwartz would take this defense to an entirely new level.

Quote:everyone can say what they want about Blake, Malik, Yeldon, Allen, Allen, or any other player............. The issue is DISCIPLINE, Thats on the Coaches, there is none, this explains the multiple penalties every week, no one is held accountable
That's a big part of it...Gus thinks holding someone accountable means saying Blake is struggling, the OL isn't blocking well, and players are losing their poise but we can clean those things up...That's not accountability...We have had poor discipline since Coughlin left, and we haven't had a consistent pass rush since he left either...

Quote:I'm sure they are mad, but does anyone think they are going to do anything about it?  For some reason, I think Gus will be here atleast until January.  Who knows, maybe they might allow him to stay for 2017.  I wouldn't be surprised with this bunch, they don't seem to care about winning.
I would bet Gus doesn't go anywhere until the day after the last game of the season...If the team somehow starts to look halfway decent rather than looking like they just pulled 53 guys off the street who never set foot on a football field in their life, Khan might say OMG WE ARE GETTING BETTER KEEP GUS 1 MORE YEAR!

Stop being an idiot.

Next time just post the stupid tweet from a 19 year old intern at a fan-blog and be done with it.

Stop trying to pretend its credible.
