I am originally from Jacksonville. My whole family still lives there and most of my friends do as well. I have friends in other parts of the country as well.

Why don't you have any friends in Oregon?  I went out to Bend Oregon and people seemed quite friendly.   You should reach out a little .... it's always good to have a few friends at your present location if you plan to stay there a while.

I didn't say I had no friends in Oregon. I just said most of my friends live in Jacksonville. Because most of my life I lived there it would stand to reason I would have more friends there.
