Quote:He reminds me of Eddie Lacy, that's not the kind of back we need. Doubt he runs sub 4.4. Probably 4.6 4.7.eddie lacy is exactly the kind of back we need what are you talking about lol
Have you watched eddie lacy play before last season? Hes a top back if he didnt have a weight problem.
Quote:What is wrong with Fournette? He gets tackled at the line of scrimmage far too easily for a man his size because he takes a long time to get momentum. Doesn't get a ton of yards that aren't blocked for him, but when he does get good blocking and can build momentum he is very scary at the second and third levels. Also, he likely needs ankle surgery. He is worthy of a mid 1st round pick for someone who isn't scared of the ankle injury, but not an elite pick IMO.

Quote:The original post NO! He was a waste of a pick. Quote:The original postImo he was a huge reach for a need. We can do better We show less advertisements to registered users. Someone like Kamara or Samuel in the 2nd or 3rd would be very good too and be much better positional value if they declare. There isn't a transcendent talent at RB worthy of being an elite pick that doesn't have major injury worries. Quote:But we don't have to do it with our top 5 pick. Quote:I still like McCaffrey in a trade back scenario.agree, he will also be an elite returner and a dangerous weapon out of the back field on pass plays
Multiple sources on the internet are reporting that Texas RB D'onta Foreman will enter the 2017 draft. If this is true, he automatically would become my #1 target and I would spend the next 2-3 picks addressing the O-Line. I take a pass rusher in the mid rounds as well. Since I don't see any standout QB's in this class, I probably use a 6th or 7th round pick on one to add competition. Maybe Brady Gustafson of Montana or Nathan Peterman of Pittsburgh if they are available.
Quote:agree, he will also be an elite returner and a dangerous weapon out of the back field on pass plays I'm OK with McCaffrey since we do have Yeldon who I think could be solid with a better oline. |
