Colts "lost that winning culture" and fired everyone, got new players who knew how to play and were able to win in their first year and are where they are now.

 

The Jags messed up their drafting and coaching in those 2 years, which is why the Jags just got through firing everyone and replacing most of their players. They just didn't have the talent to win in their first year like the Colts.

Not so sure about that...  But OK.  I have confidence in the HC and the GM untill they prove otherwise.  In the middle of a rebuild...  This squad will look very different next year in terms of personnel.  Let's at least wait till Week 1 of 2014 before we hand over the next decade to the caveman and the t'horns
