Jags can pretty much draft any player they want

Quote:Leonard Fournette. When he runs a 4.3 at the combine, TC will fall in love with this guy immediately. Fournette is probably a 4.47/40 guy at best, which is still really good, but 4.3......... no. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! Quote:When he's properly timed he won't get thatExactly. He will be a 4.5 guy at best.
Unless a RB runs something to the tune of a 4.7, I don't get too hung up on it.
Quote:When he's officially timed he won't get that I really don't expect him to. The guy is 250 lbs., but if he runs an official sub 4.5 for that kind of size, I'll be plenty impressed. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

Quote:Which would still be good for a guy 250 lbs.I dont understand how you like Foreman better than Fournette though. Fournette is a better blocker, faster, and more physical. Just watch from 50 sec to the 2 min mark and show me some highlights of Foreman making some runs like that with his 250 frame. https://youtu.be/7MKKnCz8OSc?t=46s

We'll have to see the 40 times to see that. I see Foreman as more of a "homerun hitter" and he isn't coming off a bunch of nagging injuries like Fournette is. It's not that I dislike Fournette at all, I like him plenty. I just see Foreman as slightly better. As for highlights of Foreman, go to YouTube. There's plenty. If you could send me a link and tell me the time mark of the video it would be much appreciated. Still trying to find those type runs from him
Blitz pick up and blocking are something to consider. That was part of the appeal of Zeke Elliot. I know squat of where Foreman stands in that regard.
Fournette runs with power and Cook runs with speed. I like Fournette better because if he manages to run a 4.5 or better with that amount of weight on him is impressive enough for him to be a top 5 pick. His injuries is what scares me.
Fournette is fast. He's outrun lots of DBs. He's also good at blitz pickup. Rare size/speed, I'd be fine with him at 4. Better prospect than Elliott

Still trying to find those type runs from him This is just a difference of opinion I guess. I know Fournette thrives on contact and I like that about him, but from the video, he doesn't look nearly as fast as Foreman in my eyes. He also runs a lot more upright, but he has a powerful lower body. I just see more burst from Foreman. That's just my opinion. I don't think we'll ever agree on this.
Quote:I think Watson ends up going #1. Cleveland has no choice. After the game of his life on the biggest stage in college football, the Browns will pick Watson number 1. They are starving for a QB. RG3 ain't the guy. Manziel burned them. And they let Wentz get away last year. Now they have a chance to draft a QB that is a dual threat who won a national championship. I think Watson is a sure fire number 1 pick for the Browns.
Jagsjayfan, your lovefest for donta foreman is just strange. Its similiar spacecoastjag to bortles. Donta is not a premier rb.
All this RB talk, and I'm just sitting here like....trade back and take McCaffrey.

Fournette is the only RB you'd even consider at #4. He's a freak, generational type talent. Foreman is okay, but he's a 2 down back. Has no receiving skills. If you're taking a back in the top half of the first he's a 3 down back, franchise player. Foreman is not that. Fournette is.
Quote:Which would still be good for a guy 250 lbs.Brandon Jacobs anyone? I don't think Fournette is as fast as AP but he may be even more punishing as a runner. He reminds me a lot of Jacobs--another guy Coughlin drafted in round 4 mind you. I want Barnett, Hooker, or Allen but if we end up with Fournette I think he will be an instant impact player for us. The man is total beast.
Calling Deshawn Watson a future bust since 3/19/17. If I eat crow, I will keep this in here and proclaim JackCity a genius.
