OK so I think Fournette will be the pick (process of elimination)

Quote:Lawson was definitely not in the mix until much later in the process. As a top 10 pick? No. As a first round pick? He always was. Quote:Are there any good NTs in this draft? I like Abry, but if we don't keep him it will be pretty desperate at that important position. Miller may never come back.I don't see us not keeping him. "A man with no sauce is lost.

Quote:How much of this has to do with the fact that they were working with no qb and a hobbled Dez. Dez hasn't been Dez for a while now. Even this year he's under 800 yards receiving and only has 50 catches. That's pretty underwhelming for a #1 receiver. As far as working with no QB, I know Dak has exceeded all expectations, but he is a rookie. If you add his passing and receiving touchdowns, he's under 30 for the regular season. That's still very good, especially for a rookie and he has contributed to the redzone production, but the vast majority of that jump in redzone touchdowns can be directly attributed to Zeke Elliott. There's no getting around it.

Remember Dave said last year after taking Jack that we are able to take risks now that the team is more talented and deeper along in the rebuild. Btw, I don't think the big knock on Cook is his shoulders I think it's his fumbling, which Coughlin hates.

These injuries people keep pointing to are a real concern. Quote:Cook missed one game in three years. These injuries people keep pointing to are a real concern. Sarcasm? Right? I agree with you that either a HB or S will be our choice. But more specifically I think Adams or Fournette will be our pick.
Its also plausible the draft ends up like 1. BROWNS - Deshaun Watson (Cam Newton like rise) 2. SF - Mitch Trubisky 3. BEARS - Deshone Kizer 4. JAGS - Allen or Garrett Quote:Dez hasn't been Dez for a while now. Even this year he's under 800 yards receiving and only has 50 catches. That's pretty underwhelming for a #1 receiver. Quote:I think right now, basically, our 4th overall pick will come down to the two safeties and two running backs. You can come to this conclusion based off of a few details concerning this draftOne can't argue with your reasoning. Coughlin does like big backs and Fournette is certainly that. My hope is that somehow 2 quarterbacks go in the top 3 so the Jaguars can take either Barrett or Allen. The 2nd best choice would be to trade back and get one of the safeties or running backs with the top pick and use the extra pick to help bolster the offensive line.
Quote:You do remember Dez missed a month with his knee injury and then took a while longer to get back to form? In this game, yeah. He hasn't played like this all season. Zeke was a beast today. Miller is a very solid player who works very hard and should be able to return at 100%. He is also a veteran leader which this team needs more of.
Quote:How fast is this guy? If he runs a sub 4.5/40 he will be a top 10 pick. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:Browns intelligent? They drafted 5 WRs last year Wow! If this is true just holy WOWZERS
Quote:Wow! If this is true just holy WOWZERS Corey Coleman Rd 1 Ricardo Luis Rd 4 Jordan Payton Rd 5 Rashard Higgins Rd 5 So 4, not 5. But still
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS
Quote:Corey Coleman Rd 1to be fair they had like 100 picks and no receivers lol. Pre draft all they had was Hawkins, Gordon(free josh gordon btw), and terrelle pryor who they had no idea would be this good. |
