Skeletons in Marrone Closet.....

Quote:That's pretty funny. I'd love to read what some salty Jags fans could do with Bradley's wiki. Mostly just poorly written additions about Bradley's terrible record as a head coach. Bortles is even worse than EJ
Make the Jags Great Again
Blake Bortles......YOU'RE FIRED! Dave Caldwell.....YOU'RE FIRED!
Hang on just a second... you preface this with Marrone.
In the "article" it goes on about EJ Manuel, with him ranked fourth on an insignificant chart where two of the three names above his are Robert Griffin and Mark Sanchez. I think that's all we really need to know about the "article." Yep, EJ is no better than Robert Griffin and Mark Sanchez.

Quote:In 2013 Marrone had a QB trio of Ej Manuel , Thad Lewis and Jeff Tuel. His running backs were a 32 year old Fred Jackson and CJ Spiller. his best receiver was Stevie Johnson. .Fred was on a tear for a number of years I kept wondering why lynch wasn't playing Fred was killin it an I hated hard Quote:Fred was on a tear for a number of years I kept wondering why lynch wasn't playing Fred was killin it an I hated hard Yeah him and Spiller almost ran for 1,000 yards each that year We show less advertisements to registered users. EJ didn't get that opportunity..Marrone likely saw things in practice that would indicate that it won't take long before teams figure EJ out. Future results since then have indicated that Marrone was correct. Quote:Some of you have very bad comedy sensing abilities. This is basically what I'm thinking, plus rookie qbs sometimes excel out of the gate before teams have a chance to collect tape on them. He's also overlooking qbs who didn't start week 1. For instance, after week 5 of his rookie season having started two games and played in a couple more, Byron Leftwich was looking at the following stats...
47 of 77 (61.0%) for 691 yards (9.0 YPA), 5 TDs and 3 INTs for a 95.8 qb rating
The following week they played the Dolphins his struggles began.

Quote:Statistically he wasn't that bad...Besides he was a rookie.. Blake sucked as a rookie! But he improved the next year... EJ didn't get that opportunity.. Blake only got the opportunity because the alternative was Henne. And Blake improved the next year. EJ went downhill, proving that Marrone was right. "Why should I give information to you when all you want to do is find something wrong with it?"
There is really a thread here questioning marrones decision not to play EJ Manuel? He is awful. Wow.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Yeah what else is there to thread about.. And people keep saying he was awful... What the hell is Blake Bortles?? Marrone handicapped the plays for EJ... Never really let him shine... I could really careless about what happened in Buffalo. Obviously Manuel never amounted to anything and the Bills organization is a dumpster fire right now
