Its amazing how many people don't understand the difference between gross wages for all men, and gross wages for all women not being the same thing. I will give you a clue, women don't work in the same fields as men, don't work as many hours as men, and take maternity leaves, hence why their gross income is lower. When you compare like to like, hour to hour, not only does the 'gap' disappear, but in many studies it is actually favorable to women.

 

But here lets make it more practical. Why don't you take 10% of your paycheck and give it to a female co worker. Obviously she is doing more for less money, if you give her 10% than you and her will make the same right?

 

I mean with all these lawsuits over unequal wages all the time this is definitely widespread, and you should do your part as an upstanding citizen.

All dominated by men because those are the careers men choose. Women have the same opportunities to pursue education and jobs in those career fields, but most choose not to.
