I know he's a really good RB But what if say we draft this guy.. Utilize him in the passing game also..

 

Wouldn't that benefit this team more than Leonard Fournette..

As he should be. He's an excellent runner with quick feet and quick first steps once he has the ball in his hands.

I would be fine with him being here if they see him sitting on the board still in RD2. But I honestly have a feeling that a team like Green Bay or New England will be eyeing him towards the bottom of the first round.

Considering how there are always three or four teams at year's end that are starting the fourth RB on their depth chart due to injury  -- Yeldon would still be very valuable in that scenario.

It's not like Dalvin is tiny.  He has the frame to be an every-down back.  If we draft him, it's with the intention that he'll be touching the ball 15-20 times a game probably.

Curtis Samuel should be our target if we are wanting an expensive RB/WR dual threat, and Pumphery should be the cheap RB/WR we target day 3.

I'd be mildly surprised if Samuel lasts until round 3 and shocked if he lasted until day 3.

Very true. But he would offer a lot of different looks and could be the difference between Robinson, Lee or Hurns breaking one deep down the field as he serves as a decoy underneath. He's a freak athlete. If he tests well at the combine and hits the 4.4 or faster mark in the 40 yard dash he'll probably go somewhere in the 2nd RD.

Does "somewhere in the second round" mean a 30s number? We already reached for a part time RB in Round 2. If Samuel is valued near #35, I am all for picking him.
