Why don't you tell your people to stop killing each other? Shooting schools up. Blowing up churches. Shooting up movie theaters. All the white on white violence is alarming. And all the white on everybody else killings are even more frightening. Why don't you tell them to stop being so insecure because people look different than them? If its not blacks, its mexicans, or muslims, native americans or asians, or gays, or transgender folks. There is always some new enemy. I fear for my life.

There's the crux, they aren't my people just because we have the same skin color. I don't see all life through that lense like you do. And when we find them we arrest them or kill them.

Is there any difference between victims of childhood bullying, rape, sexual abuse, domestic abuse? Are those victims conditioned to feel the way they do? They should just get over it right?

 

What if those things I mentioned were institutionalized and part of the very fabric of society for hundreds of years? 1964 didn't end systemic racism. 1984 didn't end systemic racism. 2004 didn't end it. 2017 didn't. We still got people like you, telling people like me these problems don't exist.
