"They" is Bannon and Kushner. I assume they give Donald his talking points. I'm doubtful that Trump is really very much into it. I'm guessing he'll be real bored in a few months. Except for trade policy. Like most billionaire businessmen I assume Trump considers himself some sort of genius when it comes to trade.

What you are basing your idea of a hypocrite on is the media interpretation. I find it hard to believe you think he has not made progress and efforts toward goals he has made known. That is hardly doing nothing! The guy is being scrutinized so heavily with blind hatred, and it is has been just over a month. Suddenly political speak that has existed since the first President of the United States is now being interpreted as untruthful because not every single detail is exposed for all to latch on to. What I can agree with is that he needs to stick with the business side of the Presidency and quite giving the media fodder through social media. Let his staff speak.
