Lattimore is not even the consensus #1 CB for this draft class. Just because one or two of your new wave twitter scouts say he is the best cover corner since Revis does not mean he is.

Two thumbs up, unfortunately. The hernia and labrum surgeries are fairly straightforward, so he shouldn't get knocked too badly for the medicals. On the field, he is as rangy and ballhawkish a free safety as the draft has seen in a long time. He also fills a position of major need for the Titans. 

I figured I could still get a top rated corner still at 19 and knew I couldn't get a top safety there.

They need it and Lattimore looks like even if he never reaches his potential he will be a solid starter for a long time.

I figured I could still get a top rated corner still at 19 and knew I couldn't get a top safety there.
