Pre combine site wide Mock Draft

Quote:With the 6th pick of the 2017 NFL Draft, the New York Jets select, Marshon Lattimore - CB - Ohio State.

Sorry Revis Smile
Another two thumbs up. The guy being lauded as the best pure cover corner since Revis directly replacing him. Makes too much sense, if he makes it that far.

Lattimore is not even the consensus #1 CB for this draft class. Just because one or two of your new wave twitter scouts say he is the best cover corner since Revis does not mean he is.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Y'all doing good so far, but now the clear top options are just about gone...

If no pick is made for the Bolts, I'll hop in if possible.

Quote:Two thumbs up, unfortunately. The hernia and labrum surgeries are fairly straightforward, so he shouldn't get knocked too badly for the medicals. On the field, he is as rangy and ballhawkish a free safety as the draft has seen in a long time. He also fills a position of major need for the Titans.
I figured I could still get a top rated corner still at 19 and knew I couldn't get a top safety there.

They need it and Lattimore looks like even if he never reaches his potential he will be a solid starter for a long time.

The Titans are going to be so good soon with these two picks and a boatload of cap space also.

Why I wanted Titans, so many options and room for growth.

This is all setting up nicely.

Yeah. I'm personally scared they get Howard or Njoku at 19 and go to FA for one of the stud CBs.

You pick two spots before me. I'm hoping you don't ruin my plan!

You are doing a good job as the draft analyst as well but at some point I want a "Supremely gifted athlete"comment Mayock style please. Smile (following the draft usually on the game pass I'm used to Mayock comments and that's a classic Tongue)

Eagles hmmm, so you want a WR/RB?

Hah thanks, but I will try to avoid the cliche's. If someone wants to play Mayock next mock they can have that role.

How did I not get in this....

I'm thinking the Chargers should take Mike Williams.

If I was them I'd go Corey Davis.
