At some point you just have to let go of what you thought should happen and live in what is happening. Quote:There wasn't much libertarian in that speech last night. I'm good with a lot of stuff that I'm told trump wants to do but when I listened to him last night I heard spend spend spend and then were going to reduce taxes with zero specifics on who or how.So much this!

I don't know what kind of Milk you are buying at Walmart, but they do not charge $5.77 a gallon. It's less than $3. At least, that's what it is in Jacksonville. Maybe you live in New York City? What Walmart sells milk for $5.77 per gallon? That right there is anti-American!

I'd be embarrassed if I was a Liberal and I watched my party act like children last night.. It's like Trump took away their crayons and they sat on their hands and pouted..

I'm pretty sure this President, unlike the last, realizes he doesn't and shouldn't have the checkbook.

Quote:I've been in the business and have never heard of anyone doing that. I've heard of distressed steak being trimmed and turned to ground beef or trimmed into stew meat, though as a way of cutting down shrink. Agreed on Wal-Mart. That [BAD WORD REMOVED] they sell is awful. I haven't been disappointed with Publix so far. The IBF/Tyson packer thing is true too. As far as the blood staining thing I saw it circulating around on Facebook. It was some clip from a local news channel I believe. Two employees or recent employees were reporting on it but they didn't give out the names of the places. But, like you said in the 90's Food Lion was exposed for shenanigans. If it's not smelly or slimy it's good to eat. Or I am clogged up nasal wise and am too lazy to wash the meat. :woot: Either way I am sure at some point my body will tell me what an ignorant fool I was for not performing a quality check. ![]() ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? Paying your taxes while eating an apple pie with bacon pieces on top while an American bald Eagle is flying in the background on a warm summer day as Lynyrd Skynryd performs "Free Bird". ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? lol... that sure does "Trump" sit-ins, no-shows, and sobbing about shoes on furniture, for sure...
It's not hypocrisy. He told the truth. But then, I guess you take issue with that.

Quote:I have a question.. Who wrote Trump speech last night?? Lol.. I saw something that said that Ivanka helped write it, though I don't know if it's actual fact. I personally am on board with most of what he proposes. I'm not all that thrilled about the maternity leave thing. Job benefits, which this is, should be between the employer and the employee. Less spending overseas and more spending here at home is a good thing. Reducing crime, especially in the inner cities is a good thing. Protecting and controlling our boarders is a good thing. Updating and/or upgrading our military is a VERY GOOD thing since that's one of the primary duties of the federal government. Overall I thought that it was a very good speech, especially since it pretty much blew the liberal narrative away. I saw nothing divisive or racist which is the far left narrative regarding the President. There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't. Quote:lol... that sure does "Trump" sit-ins, no-shows, and sobbing about shoes on furniture, for sure...It's absolutely hypocrisy. Pretend one is worse then other when they do the same crap. Exactly that's why I was curious who might have written it.. It didn't sound like Trump.. But he said a lot of things I would like to see... Hopefully we will see it! Quote:It's absolutely hypocrisy. Pretend one is worse then other when they do the same crap. No, it's not. And if you can't see the difference, I feel sorry for your lack of objectivity. Neither were what you'd prefer. But one is much worse. If you think shoes on a couch is worse than semen on a couch, then yes... you have major issues in judging "equivalency." Same as equating one guy saying one line (which was true,) vs. many acting like complete children. There is no comparison

Wow, you've either gone over to the dark side completely and are now creating alternative facts, have ridiculously expensive tastes in milk and bacon, or possess very poor shopping skills.
If something can corrupt you, you're corrupted already.

I find myself agreeing with RJ in a political thread. The end of the world is coming. The price of bacon has gone up a lot, but that happened a couple of years ago. I still was able to buy 2 pounds of bacon for $6 last week, admittedly in a discount grocery, not WalMart. The price of Walmart milk here in Sanford did just jump from $3.09 per gallon to $3.49 per gallon. "Why should I give information to you when all you want to do is find something wrong with it?" |
