28-20 UCF Halftime. Granted Bortles is not playing his best but he is leading this team and they are up. Especially surprised with the UCF defense. I thought coming into this game that their defense would be suspect against an offense that puts up big numbers. I am wrong so far. I hope that Bortles gets in a groove and shows his stuff in the 2nd half......hoping for a good finish.

I agree. UCF defense has been pretty soft recently. They've done an amazing job so far considering the competition. UCF playing to the level of their competition as they have all year.

I agree 100%. Have you seen the Washington Huskies helmets? Similar and very sexy.

No don't recall. I might not have noticed these helmets till someone here pointed it out and I started taking a closer look. I would be all for dumping our helmets and going with these.

I think if baylor gets their running game going UCF might have a problem because LV ran all over them, but UCF just got the ball last with enough time to drive the field.

As far as Bortles is concerned....if you can win while not at your best.....that is a good thing. Be patient....don't press.....keep your mistakes at a minimum....wait for your opportunities....then pounce on them. Mark of a good player. He can make a statement this half.

I think Syracuse does the 2-tone helmet thing the best.  Wish the Jags helmets looked a little more like theirs.

I think, unfortunately, of all the games i've seen him so far (just the full games on youtube) this is probably his worse game :S I wonder though if he was on A&M how many of these passes that are just a smidget high would be completed.
