To me, this draft feels a lot like last year. Everything just lined up perfectly. Elite RB and Stud Lineman who many thought would go in the first round. It just makes sense.

love the pick, but I really hope this isnt a jokyl/monroe situation... we let a LT go to get a LT... I dont want this guy to play over Albert or Albert not show up... I want multiple upgrades... I want a new starting guard and LT.

 

I really hope Albert shows up, plays at LT, and that Cam becomes a dominant run blocking guard.. I dont want him to replace Parnell because that again means we still havent fixed guard.

 

I want Parnell to be what he was supposed to be, same with Albert, otherwise we didn't fix anything going into this season

Watched Caldwell's press conference and he expects him to compete for LT.  Also said they have no plans of renegotiating Branden Albert's contract.

He also said when the mandatory stuff starts they expect that Albert will show up...It's a good pick even if Albert plays well this season, he's already old, this would be a good guy to have waiting in the wings if he doesn't start right away

I realize that, I just don't want them to pigeon hole him into LT only.  If ALbert shows up and plays well, I want this kid starting at LG or RG and paving the way for fournette
