I think that's exactly what it is. They aren't anticipating being able to re-sign both Lee and Robinson after this year especially if they both show up and have strong seasons and they're going to hold the franchise tag to use on Blake if need be and not pick up the 5th year option on him.

Like you said... not sure how "bad" that makes him, but you aren't doing yourself any favors by shutting out future employers.  If he can play football it doesn't sound like anything deal breaking, but certainly no boy scout.

The thing that stuck out to me here is his ability to improvise with a scrambling QB according to the earlier posted scouting report. I think that's one of the first times I recall seeing that listed as a strength in a report.
