Just got back from Welcome to Rockville and all I have got to say is CHAMPIONSHIP!  

 

It took 23 years but finally the Jags have a Bobcat on the roster!

 

Now to go read the thread.  ;-)  

 

OK read the thread now.  The stuff you are hearing is true.  This kid loves to play football.  Loves to hit and is extremely fast.  Every measurable about him is well above average except strength.  He always seemed to be around the ball and I watched every game available on line.  If he can make the transition from the MAC to the NFL, he very well may be replacing Poz sooner rather than later.

In Dave press conference they asked him if he wanted to take Butt in the 5th if he was there which he went 3 picks before us.  Dave said he cant talk about that (was kind of odd), sounded like Butt would of been our guy had he fall a couple more spots.  Oh well, hopefully Brown can be a good pick for us

Excited for all of our draft picks, including Brown.  Some seemed out of left field when they were chosen but upon any minimal amount of research they all made sense in some form or fashion.

 

2nd time seeing Soundgarden last night, was disappointed at how many people left during their set.  They were awesome as always.   Seen Cornell solo a couple of times as well.   I felt like the crowd at the end was smaller than usual.  Maybe attendance as a whole was down this year.  I got there late yesterday and caught the second half of Mastodon's set and everything after.  A Perfect Circle was really good as well.

While watching the draft I was getting excited about the prospect of selecting Butt in the 5th round, but alas the Broncos drafted him before we were on the clock. That is the nature (and fun IMO) of the draft. You have to be prepared for all scenarios and to be ready to move onto the next player on your board.
