Heres how to fix the oline..

Quote:Sure we could. Just goal line stance the entire offense and have Linder direct snap it to Fournette That might actually work We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Albert - Omameh - Linder - Parnell - Robinson
** Shatley, Wells, Cann & Bowanko as back-up. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? I, who was born in a naked land and bred in the open sky. The subtle tongue, the sophist guile, they fail when the broadswords sing; Rush in and die, dogs - I was a man before I was a king." Quote:Albert - Omameh - Linder - Parnell - Robinson My hunch is they'll end up keeping either Shatley or Bowanko as the backup C, and from what I've seen out of both, Bowanko has a considerable edge. Meanwhile, Earl Watford has a $2.6 mil cap hit this year having been brought in as a free agent expected to challenge for a starting G spot. I feel his roster spot is safe than most.

Quote:I think both Albert and Robinson are both starting. The question at this point is where is Robinson playing, LG or RT? LG. NH3...

Caldwell has talked up Chris Reed twice this offseason.
I think he and Omameh are safe as depth. My best guess at the starting line-up in September is: Albert / Cam R / Linder / Cann / Parnell Or Albert / Cann / Linder / Parnell / Cam R ![]() We show less advertisements to registered users. I think you're right about Omameh, and that I should have found a way to include him most likely at the expense of an OT... Wells or Poutasi, although Caldwell also talked up Poutasi. As for Wells, I noticed that Caldwell tends to bring him up as an afterthought... like, "oh, and there's Chris Reed too." I think they like Reed and want to give hijm a fair shot, but I don't think he actually wins a spot. That said, I do think they continue developing him much like they did with Wells in years past by keeping him on the Practice Squad. The safest guy among the interior guys in my book is Earl Watson, and I'm not even sure we should be sleeping on him as a potential starter. I really don't see Watson being waived after considering the $1.25 mil dead money that would result having just signed him to a 2-year 5 mil contract. Next year they're free and clear to waive him, but he's sticking this year unless he's just a disaster this Preseason.

Our new right guard Earl Watson <a class="bbc_url" href='https://tse1.mm.bing.net/th?id=OIP.OHt1oCc83Kl1AwS4iHxQvgEsEs&pid=1.1'>https://tse1.mm.bing.net/th?id=OIP.OHt1oCc83Kl1AwS4iHxQvgEsEs&pid=1.1</a>
The line is not the same. Because more guys brought in that are hungry. And wanting it and doing everything to have it. (hard work) beats star power any day of the week.

If you listen to Cam's interview on the main page, at one point they ask him if anybody has talked him about potentially sliding into the G position. He basically said "not really," saying teams mainly talked him about RT vs LT. He said he doesn't even know where the Guard talk came from.
We may end up seeing this... LT Albert, Wells LG Cann C Linder, Bowanko RG Watford, Omameh RT Robinson, Parnell

I'd give the edge to Omameh over Watford at this point just for familiarity with the system.
