For the first time in a long stretch this draft feels like we not only added depth but started to put real Jars On The Self.


The kind of bankable player's that brings you a draft pick, over and over.


With Dave's short successful history of mid to later rounds, not to mention UDFA this year looks to be the starting point


of garnering those 3rd-6th  round picks that allow you to snag players and not lose the gems that exist in later rounds.


 

We are several
drafts away from reaping these benefits, I am patient enough to wait.

When the JAGS are looked in the same catagory as the Pats, Giants and Packers, all the better when

you can plug in a starter when a vet is lost to UFA or bank a 4th because of another teams emergency.

 Yeah we did basically pick a bunch of jars on the shelf. The first two picks of course are starters, and maybe Sample starts at FS, but otherwise they're all JOTS, and free agency is only going to add more. This is what teams run into when they actually have a roster full of capable starters.
