I would not sign him. Somethings fishy here. If that shoe were on my foot and I was innocent Id want to clear my name and speak with police right away. Not wait to see what team drafts me first...

Most likely a winning team has a Solid starter at the spot. A team like us is the best place to go because he actually has a chance to win the job from day one.
