I would probably go:

 

Tony Boselli

Fred Taylor

Jimmy Smith

Maurice Jones-Drew

 

First three are no brainers for me. Could've easily went with Brunell over MJD, but MJD was our MVP and one of the league's most popular players through these dark years. No slam dunk defense players for me, in my opinion.
