Meanwhile there are no mentions of the Dallas Cowboys on DeMarco Murray's Twitter account.

 

The running back scrubbed his Twitter account of any mentions of the Dallas Cowboys, leading to the speculation that the free-agent-to-be is unhappy with the team or plans on signing elsewhere when the market opens at 4 p.m. ET.

 

This report makes me think maybe Stephen Jones did not like what he heard from Murray's agent.

Tyron Smith restructured his contract today to free up space. Also, didn't the Eagles clearing 31 million in cap space in one day last week (or the Saints giving Byrd the largest FA deal last year despite already being over the cap) show you how little no cap space means? If the Cowboys really want him the salary cap won't be the hindrance, they will find a way to make room. The hope is that they really don't prioritize him that much.
