So 2-11 is acceptable but 7-6 isn't?

Quote:Nope, you can't win a race if you keep going back to the starting line.. You also can't shoot a deer with blanks..

The idea is to not to blow everything up, but to keep getting better every year at all phases of the game, and if that includes coaches and a GM, then so be it. Personally? I'd rather have a butthead coach that coaches a playoff team than a player's type of coach at 2-14.. Not saying that Gus isn't the man, but he's not off to a very hot start for his coaching career..

What it boils down to, I think, Is people don't give a rats [BLEEP] about coaches, GM's or players.. They want wins, and more than 2-4 a year..
This is making way too much sense...

I'm totally picking up what you're putting down.  It's all pretty common sense stuff.

Quote:LOL, just because one fires a bad coaching staff does not mean, one must blow it up.  Perhaps if you look at the 49'ers and the Chiefs you would see that...

They hired new coaches and did not blow it up.  See, sometimes a business hires a manager that is not the proper fit for the personell, and thus you replace the manager to increase personell productivity.  It's a pretty easy concept to understand, no?
Wow, those two teams actually had a halfway decent roster in place. We didn't have the luxury of similar pieces in place.

Just graduated Business Management 101 did ya? The business model strategy has not even been fully implemented and vetted. Pretty easy concept to understand, no? Probably not.

No, I want long term, sustained success. This team does not need to be record blind and think we are a few pieces away. Been there, done that.

What's their record?  And what's ours?

That team just needs better QB play.  Their D sacked the Golden Child a bunch today and got turnovers.  They have a good running game and good receivers...  Their O-Line is money.  Once they get the right QB, they will be contenders.

Even with a mediocre QB, they are right in the playoff hunt in December...  How we doing?  Not so good huh?

But I know, we should stay the course.  One more year to solidify what most of us already know

Except when he starts a thread in the preseason about Marqise Lee being a bust. Ironic.

That's really all we can do to be honest...We as fans can't change how things are done...

It's really hard to say that fans are "knee jerking", when they've had to endure 5 seasons of downward spiraling football.. What's annoying is this team not winning games..

You're right, I completely forgot that Caldwell and Bradley have been here since 2010, my bad.

I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

I never once said that Caldwell and Bradley have been here since 2010, you just assumed, and you assumed wrong, of course.. I simply stated that people are tired of this team losing. And maybe there's others out there like me, who don't care who the coaches and GM's are, as long as they start winning ball games..

Do you realize Caldwell was handed a turd? A pile of overpaid underachieving whining athletes! Hes made brilliant moves and some weird ones....but it's only been 2 years. He blew the team up! What do you expect? Rookies are starting on this team and ARE getting better. Need a good draft and a big FA with some veteran OL and we have a different team. Be patient.

What's the difference?  People are tired of losing sure, but why blame the current administration for what  happened in 2010?  You have to give the new guys more than two years because if you don't, you'll just find yourself in this endlessly repeating cycle of hire, fire, repeat.  That is not the way to build a winner for the long run.

For those saying the team was blown up.... I concur.

Getting blown out as well.

Zero improvement, in fact regression if they don't win anymore games.

But many of you are right, this horse has been beaten to death.

Rainbows, unicorns and Kismet.

Still laughing at the ticket renewal slogan. Are you ready for more?

Yes Sir Khan, bend me over.

As an outsider looking in... & a  division rival, I've got to say I don't know if I'd be too thrilled with what Coach Bradley's been selling. This is year two & this year's fist year coaches "seem" to be passing him by. Caldwell, Pettine, O'Brien... Whiz done whipped his butt once. Well, you beat up on Gruden.

Personally I saw quite a bit of talent on the field today, on both sides of the ball... but not a real team. A lot of young talent, so maybe he hasn't had enough time though.

If I were Kahn, I'd have a bunch of questions for Mr. Bradley, "Where did you expect to be at this point of the year, what went wrong, how do we fix it?" kind of questions. If he doesn't have good answers, why put off the inevitable? I liked Bradley, thought he would make a good head coach. I may have to eat crow on that one.

I expected this team to look better in December than they did in September.  Currently I would say we have not gotten any better...  So that's something to be concerned about.

Be patient you say?  OK.  I'm patient.  I'm patiently seeing no progress from when we started this season and where we are now.

Personally, I don't care what administration it is.. The team is losing and lost with both administrations. Did I ever once say that Bradley or Caldwell should be fired? Not once.. I said that Bradley wasn't off to a hot start for his coaching career.. Furthermore, I also added that as Jag's fan, I'm tired of this team losing, like it has been for years and years now..

So go ahead, keep attacking me for something else I didn't say.. Marvelous..
