If Gus is fired, whoever the next coach of the Jaguars is..

Will inherit one hell of a team. That's for sure.

I'm not saying Gus will be fired. But if he is, this roster will be godsent for the next coach. Many, many young players with quality game-time experience with tons of salary cap. Wow.

It definitely would be a better situation than the situations that the last 3 Jaguars Head Coaches inherited,   if by chance a HC change was made after this season.    The Jaguars HC job would attract many quality candidates because of Blake Bortles,  the potential at WR,   the team's draft position,  and the team's salary cap situation.

It shows that the team is in the right direction and while the win loss ratio doesnt reflect it yet, the team's arrow is pointing up.

I've been negative on the coaching staff, I just want people here that can lead us consistently to the playoffs. If Gus and co do it great, I don't want to wait anymore.

Right there with you. I've been hard on the coaches bc they do the most bone headed things sometimes. We shall see. That win Sunday made me happy, but it didn't change how I feel about Gus and Co.

Exactly! I want to see real progress. Not beating bad teams and losing to good teams. We should win some games against good teams.
