Saint's fan - Ultimate Jerk-Store

#1

Anyone else see the saints fan steel that football from the Cincy fan in yesterday's game?  Totally classless...

What's up with Saints fans?  I thought they were supposed to be one of the most honorable...  Maybe that was just a myth.  I cannot believe that other fans around that jerk didn't shame him into giving the ball to that cincy fan...

Not to mention it was a guy steeling the ball from a woman.  Where is the sense of southern hospitality?

Anyway, that just rubbed me the wrong way.  That guy should be ashamed of himself.

Ive never seen many honorable Saints fans. I used to go to a Wild Wings on the Tennessee Mississippi border and everyone hated when saints were on TV. Loud, obnoxious and always in your face about how much better than your team the Saints were. Obviously this is just my take on the ones I was around. The bartenders faces would fall as soon as they showed up. Any Saints fans reading this, don't think im lumping all you fans in the same boat

The thing that really grinds my gears about that video is that it's not like the Saints have been a dynasty.  They were a horrible team for a long, long time.  Then they almost lost their team after Katrina.

I don't know, I guess I shouldn't lump them all into 1 category based on that one guy.  But it just was really annoying.  If that was a jaguars fan, oh man, I'd be ripping that guy even harder.

I hope when we we become a dominate team, we don't become jerks like that...

Classless move by him. However, the story had a happy ending. A saints player actually saw what happend and he gave her another game ball.

I've always thought that 90% of their "fanbase" are just a bunch of bandwagon fans anyways.

I also agree with the sentiment that we Jags fans should never develop that kind of attitude once we finally get our first taste of success. If any of you still remember, I posted a thread a couple of months ago asking whether or not people would still be fans of the team; after the Jags win a SB.
