What happened to this guy? Former 2nd round pick, had 110 tackles in his second year and can rush the passer a little bit. Any idea why he's been inactive for the Titans most of this year?

Looks like he's just inconsistent. He's either really good or really bad. Maybe the tacks will be dumb enough to move on from him. He would make a good pet project as a potential OTTO backer here in Jax.
