Instead of a sign that says "Do Not Disturb" I need one that says "Already Disturbed Proceed With Caution."

Should have said it was a dental emergency. I'm sure they're more used to those.

The worst part is probably this, from his friend:

Quote:

"Astonishingly no-one even asks if he is on his own or vulnerable. I had a real battle getting the transcripts and won't give up now to make sure no-one suffers in the same way."

And this from the agency:

Quote:

"The trust has carried out a full investigation which determined that the calls were handled correctly.

The actual call is also available on youtube, though it's hearbreaking.  The man was very polite, and sadly that was probably his downfall.  Had he yelled and screamed at the operator, he may still be alive.  The operator should be fired, and the organization should change their practices.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
