this poorly for two years in a row and ended up being championship caliber coaches.

 

I suspect that you will find that list to be very very short.

 

Facts are that you are seeing that Gus is Peter Principle and that he was promoted to the level of his own incompetence.

 

Some guys are just coordinators, and it is CRYSTAL clear that that is all that he will ever be, period.

 

Khan needs to move on at the end of the season and there is no more utility in hearing rah rah, vapid, innocuous speeches signifying nothing every week.

Here's another question.  How many franchise level quarterbacks had their career's ruined by bad coaching?
