Being a public figure at a dive bar called "Losers Most Wanted" and then exchanging words with a drunk Alabama fan when he yells "roll tide" is idiotic. Come on, the name "Losers Most Wanted" didn't send his pea brain a red flag?

 

You want to know why he didn't press charges? Because he doesn't want to hear a judge ask him, "Why were you there in the first place you moron?"
