Headbanging To Motorhead Causes Fan’s Brain To Bleed

LONDON (AP) — It may not destroy your soul, but it turns out heavy metal music can be hazardous to your brain. At least in some rare cases.

I heard listening to Motorhead causes one's ears to bleed.

I was never into that headbanging stuff. Don't get me wrong, I love that music. Was listening to Metallica on my Spotify account on the way to work this morning. Motorehead, Megadeth, Pantera... I love all of that stuff. But I could never get into that headbanging and mosh pit stuff. I can listen to heavy metal while reading a book, fishing, working in my cubicle, or while lifting weights and not get overly hyped up over it. I actually like to listen to the lyrics. LOL.

Yes, yes indeed. Some of the best lyrics you'll ever read man. How can anyone not like Metallica's lyrics in "Ride The Lighting" , "For Whom The Bell Tolls" and "Sanitarium"? Those are amazing songs. Megadeth's lyrics in "Sweating Bullets" and "In My Hour Of Darkness" are awesome. Pantera's "Hollow" and "Cemetery Gates" are awesome. I'll tell you another guy I like and I think he's underrated as a song write, is Zakk Wylde of Black Label Society. Very, VERY underrated.

I'm Old School Metal, Really like EARLY Judas Priest, some of the darkest lyrics ever for the time.... Beyond the Realms of Death is excellent writing

And what I really liked about the article is it was a 50 Year Old Man attending a Motorhead Concert with his son....... YES!!!
