Then he may keep Wash which also sucks. So basically you're not replacing anyone. If Marrone stays and gets himself Wade Phillips but still keeps Hackett, I'm ok with that.

I'm good with the move over to Hackett and his offense but That Seattle defense has to go. Don't care if the new defense is a 3-4 or 4-3 but it just has to be aggressive. And it has nothing to do with because Gus is gone that it has to change, it's the fact that we have players that can do much more than what that defense asks. You can see the guys want to have an exotic aggressive scheme
