I think Wash will go with Gus wherever he lands...At least Hackett got past page 2 of the playbook

I'm good with the move over to Hackett and his offense but That Seattle defense has to go. Don't care if the new defense is a 3-4 or 4-3 but it just has to be aggressive. And it has nothing to do with because Gus is gone that it has to change, it's the fact that we have players that can do much more than what that defense asks. You can see the guys want to have an exotic aggressive scheme

Personally I'm not going to get to worked up over this because I don't think Dave/Shad will be asking me for my opinion anytime soon. All the matters in the end is the results on the field. If we promote Marrone and win 10 games next, no one will give 2 [BLEEP] about Shannahan, McDaniels, Smith, etc.
