When I go on the link it's a picture of what looks to be under a bridge somewhere. Is that under the Dames Point bridge?

Better yet, you're supposed to mouse hover over the hotspots in the picture that give you hints as to where it was taken, then click on it to take you to a map. The mobile version is a bit different.
