I already addressed this (as proven above). There's no reason to bring it up again, unless agenda. 

 

 

 

Caldwell gets credit from me for targeting the right player. Not taking that away. But in the end, the Browns matched the deal immediately - and that suggests that the offer wasn't quite good enough.
