Jacksonville's interview with J. Clowney

#1

It's included in a video on the homepage. The video follows TE Eric Ebron, QB Aaron Murray, and Clowney while at the Combine. Pretty neat to actually get a look inside the interview room.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

Thanks for sharing.

I like Caldwells first question... "I heard you want to go to Atlanta?" Got Clowney on his toes real quick haha

I hope the Texans do select Bortles or Manziel. I love how the 3rd pick is looking right now.

This was nice. Thanks for sharing. I like all the behind the scenes looks. Another reason why I want the Jags to do Hard Knocks. Three things I took from all of this.

1) What in the heck is a "Director of Movement"? The job title sounds boss.

2) Aaron Murray's personality is infectious. He'll end up on Gus Bradley's good side rather quickly.

3) Did anyone check out Ebron's shoe collection and gold chain? I wonder how a poor college kid can afford such nice things.... Ninja

You gotta wonder if a trade down is coming, Caldwell spent a lot of time before the senior bowl with Thomas Dimetrioff (ATL GM) I know they used to work together and all but man it makes you wonder doesn't it.

If we trade down and Watkins, Manziel, Bortles, Teddy, Mack, and of course Clowney are gone.  I see our pick between Carr or Barr!

If Carr had top level pocket presence I would say go for it. Other than that it could be Gabbert 2.0 with him

All this talk of Clowney being lazy and not competing? Sure looks like he was competing against Ebron in the little ol Combine. Man I hope he drops to #3.

Clowney, Garropolo and Mason for first 3 picks.

After having watched the video, I was under the impression that he was given them after he finished the season as far as the shoe goes. Notice he also does a Gilette Deodorant plug as well, which was probably the purpose of that whole foray into his dorm/apartment (To do brand plugs for Nike, Under Armor and Gilette).

And that 'chain?' Seriously, this comment had me thinking it was some Chris Johnson/ Dez Bryant level bling. Man that thing was probably some 10K gold  $300 necklace.  Nothing in that room really jumped out as huge booster money to me. Looked pretty normal besides the combine gear and shoes.

Yes, it's improvement, but it's Blaine Gabbert 2012 level improvement. - Pirkster

He's also not the only athlete who's signed an agent and picked up a big fat cash advance and/or credit card from them.

Too bad he's not good at football.
