Peyton Manning complained to the NFL about moving him after twice being penalized for attempting a quick snap to prevent a coach from challenging a play. That could have been what happened. Luck really is an average NFL starter. The ball was out of place on the TD pass as well. If the DB doesn't fall down and the WR doesn't make a good play, that's another INT/incompletion.
