Amanda Rosen was having an utterly awesome day taking a longboard down a winding stretch of Washington state road, until she had an udderly gnarly crash -- into a cow.

Man that had to hurt. I wonder how fast she was going when she hit the cow. Those cows were spooked, big time. They probably don't see many cars let alone someone speeding down the road on this tiny board.

 

Pretty back country there too.

She said she was going 30-40mph ouch imagine she's banged up pretty good lucky to be alive really.
