The craziest college footbal score of all time - no lie, I read this in a book - was 212-0. One team scored every time it touched the ball.
The second-craziest college football score? A 0-0 tie, which also happened in the NFL before sudden death overtime was added to the rulebook.

It is much easier to think of crazy NFL touchdowns than crazy college football touchdowns, but I am sure if you want to talk about all-time, nothing beats lateral passes through the Stanford band.
I can't remember which game it was, but this season, I saw a quarterback in the back of the end zone throwing the ball to . . . a defensive lineman near the goal line. No yards, six points.
