Good for Underwood sticking around as long as he was able to in the league.  His speed and willingness to play special teams have provided him with longevity in the league.  It sure isn't production.

For as long as he was able to stick around the league, I would imagine he actually made a decent amount of money in the league.  He was never a highly compensated player, so hopefully he managed his money well.

Underwood was scheduled to count $925,000 against the 2014 salary cap and $1,175,000 in 2015. The only guaranteed portion of his deal was a $300,000 signing bonus.
