This is the first time since Gus has been here that he looked absolutely dejected on the field near the end of the game. In his post game presser Gus mentioned changes will be made to the personnel. Anyone wants to guess which changes he has planned?

 

That's the problem, there is no personnel.  Reminds me of when Lee told Pickett to bring up his division and he replied that he had no division.

He don't think he's the answer but there's more things wrong with this team including the qb position. It wasn't like henne was lighting the world on fire either and barring some miracle there's no help on the way.

I feel like the front office has gone insane, they keep going back to QBs we know will never become anything more then they are now, awful. Meanwhile the Browns are starting Hoyer who was a Patriot cut off the street and he is winning games. I looked, sign Skelton, Stephen McGee or Stanzi I don't care who but try something different. Another thing, you can't tell me there isn't another lineman on this team that isn't a better guard then Rackley, they should be able to get someone that is at least average and it would be an improvement. I don't expect miracles and suddenly they are going to the playoffs but I would at least like to see this team now lose by 20+ points a game and score something before the third quarter.
