Good luck! Let us know how it went.

Won’t know until July.  Tournament runs March-July.  Although I’ll have a pretty good idea how I/we did.

Now…off to the casino to make sure I lose money.

Boot camp was hella fun with a company of women. I'd say about 100 of us, maybe. Add in the ones who were going through nicotine withdrawal and it was rough. Lots of estrogen. Lol.

My first impression is an inside job. Or, this facility was extraordinarily sloppy with their security. Successful thieves will exploit complacency.

Sounds like they had extremely detailed knowledge of the security system and the article doesn't mention any guards.  It's hard to believe there was so much cash onsite without a human presence.

Cameras and sensors are so cheap and ubiquitous these days that an on-site guard isn’t really necessary. Sounds to me they became complacent with their impression the safe and minimal alarms were sufficient to keep thieves out.

There appears to be significant evidence to the contrary.     Laughing

The fact no intrusion was detected indicates there were no sensors or cameras utilized. Or the security guard fell asleep.

The article didn't comment on either the presence or absence of guards, which I found unusual.  I would have expected money transfers at varying hours and some type of personnel there 24/7.  It's hard to believe security was so apparently lax with that much cash in the building.

I'll bet their insurer's underwriting department had an interesting day.

Two words.

Not good.

But it was a fun experience, as always.

Pretty neat! Get's real fun right around the 12:00 minute mark. I like how our planet gives off that radiance of blue. I am jealous of astronauts.

A good friend of mine will as well be going to Vegas for the "tournament" ... Not sure what to call it, I don't think he is going until early May. I just assumed it was a single week type of competition. He sucks, so I am sure he will finish behind you, Rico.
