We have a weather warning in effect right now because of a massive thunderstorm rolling in. they've been talking about it on the news pretty much the entire day and still one of my neighbors managed to leave their balcony door wide open.

Stay safe! We are expecting a lot of rain here in Nashville this week due to Alberto I believe.

It's really not that big a deal, they give out weather warnings for pretty much anything that is slightly more intense than usual, nothing like a tropical storm. The only reaction I saw at work was people leaving a little early in order to beat the traffic.

The problem with living in a building from 1934 is that architects from 1934 weren't aware of global warming and the fact that by the time I moved in days where the temperature would rise above 30C happen quite a lot. So I'm sitting in a very hot apartment without any airconditioning or even a fan to blow some air on my face.

OK, we'll forgive the architects of 1934.  You however, armed with the knowledge of global warming, still elected to move into an apartment without air conditioning or a fan.  Now it's hot and you're whining about it because....................???

Over the past week I've gone to see Deadpool 2, Solo, and Infinity War. They're all good movies you should go see yourself but I doubt I'll go see any more movies any time soon, at least until the bloody Ant-Man movie has come and gone because I am quite done with that trailer.

Fun fact; I saw each of those in the same day. Infinity War at 10:30, Deadpool 2 at 2:30 and Solo at 7:30. 

I will now not enter a theater for the next seven months.
