They found his jacket underneath his car and his body back a good ways from his home. Was pretty bad. Two years ago my wife's family. They had a family friend. All Bosnian. They're all tight here in Jacksonville. Pretty sad. Their son was pulling out one night for work, a woman ran her redlight and was hauling [BLEEP]. She knocked him out completely and killed him. I am terrified of motorcycles because of the open exposure. Even with a helmet. Just doesn't seem like it's worth it at all. I saw a really bad accident where a guy ran the red light at this Hodges and Atlantic light that I passed by a good bit of my life for years. Right across from Queens Harbor. The guy was hauling [BLEEP], lady went to go make her turn. He hits the front end of her car and flips probably what looked like 20 feet up in the air. I could only describe it as what I call getting the sonic rings knocked out of you because it reminded me of playing sonic the hedgehog when I was a kid. It was unreal. He died on impact I believe. The amount of damage his bike did to that lady's car was also insane. Looked like it was hit by a mini nuke. "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? I, who was born in a naked land and bred in the open sky. The subtle tongue, the sophist guile, they fail when the broadswords sing; Rush in and die, dogs - I was a man before I was a king." |
